How to Place an Order

Complete the payment securely based on your selected package.

Apply Promo Code (if available)

Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out to you and begin the project within 24–48 hours.

Preview & Revisions
You'll receive a preview of your animation. Feel free to request revisions if needed — we want you to love the final result.

Final Delivery
The completed animation will be delivered to your email or preferred platform on time and in high quality.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Video Production Timeline

Approximately 4-8 weeks for videos between 30-120 seconds (for longer videos we will provide you with a general timeline via email upon receiving your project specifications). However, this timeline does not account for revisions or lags in communication.any

Stage 1 - Script

3 working days to produce from the date of receiving the questionnaire.

Stage 2 - Storyboard Sample

3-7 working days to produce from the date of the approval of the sript.

Stage 3 - Full Storyboard

7-14 working days to produce from the date of the approval of the storyboard sample.

Stage 4 - Voice Over

3-4 working days to produce from the date of the storyboard's approval.

Stage 4 - Animation

7-14 working days to produce from the date of the voiceover's approval.

A revision stage involves the client providing us with a list of changes they would like us to make sent via email. There are two sets of revisions provided at each stage of production. Additional revisions may incur an extra cost which will be decided based on the work involved. These costs become greater when you need to make changes to a stage that was already confirmed prior

Make sure you check on the project each day in case we email you a component of the video. We will email you at least twice with no reply to ensure we keep in contact, if you need more time than that just let us know as there is no limit on our end in terms of how long production takes, we seek to meet your needs. But you should make sure you do the same with your client, follow up with them

The process and pricing described in this document applies only to videos produced in English. If you would like to produce videos in other. languages, please email  info@swosanimations.com  and they will provide you with all the neces-sary details

In the event that the client is not completely satisfied with their package, we provide 2 additional revisions for free. If the client chooses to terminate a project before production begins we can provide you with a full refund. However, if they choose to terminate a project after the script stage begins we will need to pay the team for their work.
